Consultation
Consultation appointments are allocated up to 1 hour and require a booking fee of £50 for first time clients. which will be deducted if any treatment is agreed . A deposit will be retained in case of:

APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time and contact promptly if you cannot make your appointment. Please be prepared to be asked about your medical history and have your medication and allergy details at hand. If you decide to proceed with treatment during the same sitting (if the allocated time allows), your £50 deposit will be deducted from the final treatment charge. Coastal Aesthetics will only offer a no-fee, no-obligation policy before any Aesthetics at your and Coastal Aesthetics' satisfaction. You are entitled to reflection during this time period to consider further treatments.

Treatment Appointments require a £50 booking deposit. The deposit will be retained in the event of:

Your £50 deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your procedure. If not proceeding with treatment, £50 is held to cover your consultation and the occupied time slot.
Treatment appointments vary depending on the procedure (usually 1-2 hrs). Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, but on time, as treatments may require a short wait for the anaesthetic to begin working. You should expect to be asked about your medical history and have your medication and allergy details at hand. We recommend avoiding make-up or heavy facial cosmetic products as we must clean and disinfect the area before any requirement for injections.
Bookings
Appointment bookings are made via the ‘Appointments’ page, where you will receive an email booking confirmation. The booking system will send you an SMS reminder the day prior to your appointment. Please provide a mobile number.

Cancellations
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made no later than 48 hours from the appointment time for either consultation or treatment appointments. We will only refund a booking deposit for cancellations made sooner than 48 hours before the appointment. A cancellation of an appointment after the cancellation period has expired will result in the loss of the reservation fee/deposit.
Cancellation and rescheduling can be made through our online booking system; your booking email confirmation will contain links to allow you to do this. We reserve the right to refuse further appointment bookings in cases of repeated' no-shows' without explanation.

All cancellation refunds incur a 2.9% handling fee due to charges by card and other vendors
REFUSAL OF TREATMENT
Treatment refusal Coastal Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment on professional and/or ethical grounds. Your practitioner is an experienced medical clinician with a licence to practice and is regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Treatment deemed inappropriate, and not expected to yield satisfying results, or may risk more harm than benefit, will not be administered.
Please be aware that there is a strict no-treatment policy to those under 18 years of age.

How to Complain
You have the right to file a complaint regarding your aesthetic procedure and expect a professional and decisive resolution. Complaints can be submitted directly to: info@coastal-aesthetics.co.uk
Your Aesthetics Practitioner will endeavour to reach a satisfactory outcome swiftly and effectively. Please allow 7 days for a response.
Coastal Aesthetics is regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). You have the right to lodge a formal complaint to HIS should you have any further concerns:
